How come ? This is due to the Indonesian Government (through its Tax Department) has currently applying its strategic movement to apply the Fiscal payment for those who do not have NPWP when he/she is going abroad starting on 00:00 01 Jan 09. The company is Dubai Drydock World (DDW), one of the biggest shipyard company, which is located in Tanjung Uncang Batam Indonesia. On the news it is said that the project is called “ Jack up Drilling Rigs L205 Haven“. The customer of this project is an Norwegian offshore oil drill company, Master Marine. During ceremony, Mark Biggs (Dubai Drydock World South East Asia Managing Director) said that up to now their company has completed 5 rigs for international customers such as Angola, Malaysia, and UEA. Biggs also added that now their company is currently undergo in another 4 similar projects which is Jack up Drilling Rigs L206 (expected to be completed in Sep 2010), L207, L208 and L209. He added that one project is taking at least 30 months to complete.
